Abby needed her 3 year rabies vaccine, but could not afford to take her to the vet because I know I will walk out of the vet paying $150 and up , so I made appointment threw Petco clinic made my appointment and they were very friendly and I paid what I needed $42.00 I will make all my appointments for vaccine to this place and having 3 dogs it’s very helpful. The staff was very nice and attentive to my dog. Appointment was a breeze as I just had to do it online. I just got confused as I thought they gave me a receipt for the services already but it was just an invoice that I had to pay at the register. Silly me! My dog got all her tests and shots and I already was home and realized I never gave them my card to pay! I couldn’t do the payment over the phone so we had to drive back there. It was my first time there and won’t be my last. Thank you Vetco!

I did not receive the vaccine I paid for. I have requested a refund and was refused. I got incorrect services for my dogs. I received shots I did not agree with and weren’t needed. I was not told to sign for the shots my dogs received . They gave my dogs incorrect shots without my consent. I have made complaints about this serious situation but unfortunately the “manager “ , Janise, was unhelpful. I look forward to speaking with her supervisor.

It was different veterinarians Everytime so every experience was a bit different. Overall i loved how quick it was. My dog doesn’t do well with shots so some drs were great and some seemed like it was the first time they ever seen a dog freak out.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO VETCO
When I called the Wtby store concerned about a vaccine my puppy just had there and asked to speak with a Vet the "Manager" said she didn't care if my puppy was dying it wasn't her job to get someome from vetco on the phone or give them a message.
