God bless the Vet and staff at Veterinary Associates. I found them a few weeks back when I was searching for vets to spay/neuter community cats we take care of. I made the two appointments so we can start little by little. Yesterday we took the first one, baby Bruce and the process was smooth and they did the surgery at no charge, we only paid a little for the antibiotic and pain killer. They were very professional and treated us like any paying client. Love having a place close by that offers these services at no charge for people like us that help community cats and want to control the over population. Thank you so much and keep it up.

I have been a customer for several years. Their staff is very capable and always very kind to me and my two American bulldogs. Olga the veterinarian is very knowledgeable she has performed delicate eyelid surgery that turned out perfectly and treated one of my dogs when she swallowed a sock a few months back. I always feel safe taking my pets there.

I am not a person to leave any kind of comment or recommendation, but this time I must do it. I feel obliged to warn people about the bad service of this clinic.

I got there for recommendation of another veterinarian who told me that there I could do an ultrasound to my cat. The bill amounted to $1500 I take my cat with an apparent kidney problem, but he was perfect, was eating, he was playing as a normal cat, he had courage and did not seem sick at all, more than a blood tests results that said that something was happening and my cat now is struggling to live.

I deal with the woman who calls herself a doctor... Olga is her name, was very bad, she never gave me her face, the first phone call with her was terrible, my cat was anesthetized to do an ultrasound, she said it was normal ... 2 days it took the cat to recover, her nails were mutilated and she thought that was normal.

I was more than 72 hours waiting for the results, when they sent them, Olga told me that I should do a biopsy to the cat, because she was thinking that he has cancer, something that it wasn’t in any result... knowing that there was no sign of mass or foreign body in the kidney, when I said that to her, she came out with a rudeness and even hung up the phone.

Very bad service, they should close them.

Also I should mention that they have a cat that is from the hospital he lives there and they have him all day locked in a cage crying non-stop.

If you have a pet don’t take it there, is the worst place ever.

I am absolutely in love with the service and staff at Veterinary Associates! My dog would not stop vomiting and then stopped eating all of a sudden. Another friend of mine recommended them and as I walked into the office frantic as can be, I was quickly put at ease by the staff. The doctor, Dr. Olga Aballi, even came out to great me herself. It felt like a home not a warehouse for pets. Great Place!! Thanks for saving my Max!!!
