Karen is a phenomenal person. She takes pride in treating her clients with personalized attention. Moreover, she shares not only her expertise in her services, but also her wisdom of experience. I only came for a pedicure which was lovely, but I also a different kind of unexpected 'cure.' At the time, I was dealing with some very difficult people and through sharing her own personal story with me and how she has dealt with similar people, I found my inner strength. Thank you Karen!! Who knew a pedicure could be life-changing?

My sister-in-law suggested I book a facial with Karen during our ski trip and the rest of my party wanted in too. Karen suggested that she come to us – twelve of us were renting a sprawling house in Mountain Village – and she created the most wonderful spa atmosphere in a spare bedroom. She went to so much trouble to furnish and dress the room, it was like being in a regular spa when I walked in for my treatment. Karen created a wide menu of services for us to choose from including a sea algae bath and oxygen bar. Several of the party opted for Reflexology and all but one of us had the hydrating intraceuticals facial. We felt like rock stars - it was the most indulgent and luxurious way to spend an afternoon! We will definitely book with Karen again next time we visit.

Karen was so friendly and fun to work with! My tan for my wedding looked awesome. I was just the right shade and gave me a healthy glow. I felt so relaxed and comfortable with my service. I would definitely recommend Karen in the future.

Karen was absolutely amazing! I started with a Swedish massage that was so, so relaxing and finished off with an oxygen facial. It's exactly what I needed after being in Telluride for 10 days. She was extremely professional and very charismatic! I felt like I was in a resort spa but it was so nice and cozy too. I'll definitely be booking services with her during future visits to Telluride. I went to Karen to get a spray tan for an event and it turned out perfect! It was an extremely comfortable and private environment and she makes you feel welcome. She checked with me several times throughout the process to make sure I liked the color, so if you’re worried about it being too dark or too light she makes sure it’s exactly what you want. Not only is she super professional, friendly and knowledgeable, she’s great at what she does and I’m happy with my tan! 100% recommend!

My daughter and I had been traveling through Colorado. I had already been dealing with a mild case of rosacea- but did not ever experience a situation that was extreme. The Colorado weather got the best of me - and whilst in Glenwood Springs, I was struggling with severe burning and raw skin on my face, with literally no idea of how to continue this trip without seeing someone to aid me in subsiding the burn. I had been up until 2am one night with extreme pain and burning sensations, knowing we were heading into Telluride that morning. I started to desperately research anyone en route or in Telluride that could aid with my rosacea dilemma. I left a voicemail for Karen early that morning, hoping she may have some availability to squeeze me in, although that day she only had half day hours on Saturday and then was closed on Sunday. After having had read reviews of her helping others up until 2am, I was convinced she was the one I needed to visit with to get help, if at all possible. In the midst of our commute to Telluride, I phoned her again, and it was questionable if I could get in with her, but luck was on my side and she was able to accommodate me after hours.
To explain again, my face was literally pink and burning with the utmost pain. The skin on my chin was raw. No cold washcloth or cream worked throughout the night. The skin was tight to the point I could not smile, and I was a bit worried on how to deal with this situation whilst out of town. I did not want to just see anyone. I am ever so GRATEFUL first that Karen made the accommodations to see me. She went out of her way to accommodate me when I had little hope. Thank you Karen from the bottom of my heart! Second, let me tell you, she first took about 15-20 minutes to discuss my skin issues and history, and also took time to talk to my daughter about her acne issues. Then, for the next hour or so, she worked literal MAGIC- and throughout the process guided me on what she was doing through each step, explaining what was going on with my skin and how and why it was reacting the way it was, what products she was using and its purpose - also being ever so gentle to know that I was in pain. Within the first 15 minutes of treatment, the burning on my cheeks had subsided, and the chin had improved significantly, although still feeling raw. As she progressed with my treatment, she continually asked how my skin was feeling and if any of the products were not agreeing with me. During the process, my skin started to feel hydrated and cooled, my cheeks never felt so smooth before (did not know this was even possible) and by the end, my chin was no longer irritated or burning (still tender, but not like before). I did not even think someone might be able to aid with my inflamed rosacea whilst on vacation- but Karen is amazing!!
Karen is kind, warm, a great listener, funny, straight forward with you, she does not "sell" like others, but truly is compassionate for her clients. She really does care that she is providing a great service to you and wants to ensure her clients understand how to care for their skin even after seeing her. A few days after we were back home, I received a follow up call from her to see how things were going, and she has intentions to follow up in a week's time. Again, Karen is all about caring for her clients - hands down I would recommend her any day. If in Telluride, and you are looking for a facial or any skin care needs, Karen is the one you want to see. She truly is a magical artist when it comes to skin and in providing a service that is not only relaxing, but is also very conducive to your actual skin needs.
The best part is the client relationship doesn't end when you finish your appointment. Karen is superb in maintaining relationships with others out of state, willing to do Facetime calls and/or phone calls to address needs down the road. PLEASE consider Karen. She truly is an AMAZING skin care specialist! THANK YOU KAREN!! YOU ARE TRULY A GEM!

I just visited Telluride during the quiet season, and I was the only place open, and highly recommended by the hotel I was at. I’m really glad because I had the best Facial, massage, reflexology ever, and I was actually able to get my lashes and brows tinted too. I had to do a 24 hour tint allergy test, but I didn't mind as I enjoyed going back. I was budging on a girls getaway and my friend and I could not be more happy. We did have to take turns and go alone as Karen works solo, but from now on, we will only come here, it's worth making back to back appointments. I can’t wait to try other services on our next trip.
