At best they remove your trash. But they aren't often at their best. While we had them they missed months yet billed for them anyway. Their schedules were changed frequently and so they claimed that while they supposedly were to pick up in the middle of the month, if they picked up late one month and early the second month after that, they were entitled to charge for the month they missed altogether. Family owned, they are also resistant to employing modern billing methods like debit or credit cards and want to rely solely on checks. Nearly everyone in the area uses them but I'm the first in years to give them any review at all? I checked with my neighbors and they all said the same: no one else comes to this area so what's the point of complaining? I am now entirely switched over to recycling which is far better than filling dumps, but I'm also working with two other removal services to expand their territories. I don't believe in simply complaining; I try to change things instead. Once there is an alternative, I think a lot of their customers will jump ship.

We’ve used B&C for years now, they have always taken great care of us. especially in times of hardship they never stopped our services, they always worked with us financially and have just all around been amazing. Thank you for all that you do for our community.

I have had no problems with them. I think the price is reasonable and they only miss when they can't get up our difficult drive after a heavy snow. We use them rather than Waste management.

This company has 0 consistency on pickup days. There's been weeks without pickup at all without any notice given, and recently within the last 6 months they have not been on time for pickup. Sometimes its noon, sometimes its 6:30am.

We have needed a different dumpster for 6 years and all we get is the runaround. Now the bottom of it is rusting out and garbage is falling out. We are looking for a different service.

I have a trash bin, they only grab the top bags. I have bags of trash from months ago they don't take.
