I have used Colonial Animal Hospital since the 1970s. I have not had a pet for some time and just recently connected with them for the care of a sick, stray cat. I am pleased with Dr. Vaughn and Shelby. Thank you for helping us on our first visit.

We've been loyal CAH clients since we adopted Loki in 2013. When Toothless joined the family in 2020, he joined the practice. If Sweet Pea wasn't a rabbit, he'd see CAH doctors, too. The veterinarians are better than most people doctors I've met when it comes to bedside manner, asking and answering questions, and explaining what is (and sometimes isn't) happening with my pets. And let's not forget the rock star med techs and staff. They are all top shelf when it comes to being knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and helpful.

Dr Noi is absolutely terrific! She took her time explaining things, unfortunately for her, I needed them explained multiple times.
Dr. Noi gave me options, keeping in mind the financial aspect of my situation.
She was compassionate and reassuring which is what I needed!
I would recommend her to every pet protector I know!!

This is a very nice facility. It is very clean and the staff are really respectful and understanding. They are old fashioned with their service and I just wanted to let them know it doesn’t go unnoticed. They are always really caring and gentle with Elliott and when he goes to the back there is no doubt in my mind that they are taking care of him properly. I have never heard him cry or be upset in the back and he loves the techs here! Even the relief vets they get are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I have never had a bill that I thought was out of control and they are transparent with the prices.

Had multiple visits in this hospital and every time staff was really nice and kind to us. We needed to do dental cleaning today, they took a very good care of my cat before and after anesthesia, made sure it’s safe for her to go home! I read on some comments below how people keep saying how rude and unprofessional Dr. Voughan is in comments, but I disagree. Yes, she is not rude at all, she is just more straight forward and strict in her tone and manner of speaking which is good when you need a definitive answer about your pet health, she is a very good doctor and proved that by taking a good care of our cat. Thank you guys to all you team for making sure Cherry was safe!

Colonial animal hospital always listens to our concerns carefully! The doctors always handle our German shepherd with love and care. We have been coming here for about 2 years now and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences. They have been there for us after our dog hurt her leg in the dog park. The doctor was very sweet and gentle with our big baby and helped us learn how to properly care for our dog during this time.
