"Amazing care from an amazing team. Dr. Divita was compassionate and very caring when it came to treating my 4 year old Frenchie’s cervical herniated disc. She was thorough in explaining his condition and very helpful and patient when I had questions about his treatment. It was reassuring for me to know that my fur baby was in great and capable hands. He is now on the road to recovery with no major complications or problems so far. 10/10 would recommend."

Incredible care. They got us in for MRI and surgery the same day as our dogs injury and we could not be happier with her recovery. She is progressing even more rapidly than I had expected. I would give them 11/10.

Came to BVNS after my dog had a cluster of seizures. The care team did an amazing job stabilizing and caring for my girl. She stayed in icu for two days. I had confidence in their ability to stabilize her. Even after discharge the staff were extremely responsive to my emails. They even answered my questions on their day off.

We got an appointment to see Dr. Bush within a week of calling. He and his staff listened and addressed our dog’s problem logically and carefully. He also communicated results and a plan of action quickly without recommending excessive tests. I appreciate the great care we received!

Our pup herniated a disc in his back and it was pushing on his spinal cord causing him rear leg paralysis, he was in rough shape. Although he is not out of the woods yet and recovering, Dr Bush and the nurses were great with communicating everything to us while he was there for surgery and afterwards. Dr Bush was very honest with his experience of our dog's prognosis and how likely he is to recover from this. I appreciate all of their hard work and dedication to keeping our pups healthy. Thank you all!

Their high raiting is definitely earned, and while my pup didn't make it, I am so appreciative of their effort to help give my dog a better quality of life during his last days.

I brought my pup here earlier this year because I had some concerns about his coordination, and while my husband and I had talked through some misgivings about how to finance it -- he was certain it was old age, I was certain there was another explanation that might be fixable if we only knew more -- I'm glad we did finally bring him here. First of all, the front desk is just really efficient; I never waited longer than five minutes to see a doctor in all the handful of times we visited. And my pup needed an appointment with a cardiologist (in the same building, thankfully) to ensure than an MRI exam would be safe for him. The timing for both appointments worked together beautifully. In the time frame between his cardiologist appointment and our initial consultation with BVNS, we got a good assessment of what we knew and what more the MRI could tell us, as well as some mitigating steps and medications to alleviate some of his pain. Just that alone gave him a lot more of his spirit back. He played with us a bit more and seemed to enjoy moving more than he did before. I was truly hoping that he would get better.

Dr. Divita very kindly and patiently took the time to explain his condition, assuage my fears that I might have in some way contributed to it. She had identified swelling in the region of his brain that manages movement -- and in the process, also discovered an inner ear infection that we still had time to treat. She explained how the medications would ideally work to treat and/or manage the conditions.

Unfortunately, sometimes the medication just doesn't take, and despite observing some initial success, ultimately the hydrocephalus returned and forced us to let him go. Throughout those last couple of weeks, BVNS stayed communicative whenever I reached out, spoke calmly when I knew I had some fear/upset in my voice, and made themselves as available as could be. After he passed, we received a handwritten card from them. As painful as it all was, their service and straightforward professionalism made the process more tolerable. When he passed, we received such a heartfelt handwritten card from Dr. Divita and her staff. I so appreciate the staff I met here, and wanted to let people know. Many thanks.
