This kennel Neglected my dog. On November 9, 2017 I took my dog to Town & Country to board for a few days. Keep in mind he walked into the kennel on his own. Also into the cage as well. A few hours later I was informed that he was moved to the hospital side for closer care cause he wasn't eating or drinking at the kennel. I let the doctor know that the food they were feeding him wasn't what he was use to. As far as not walking he may have been doing that because he didn't want to be there. The doctor even referred him as a grouchy old man. On Sunday November 12 my family and I went to pick up our dog and the rich brought him out carrying him in her arms with wound to his nose, top of his head an a gash on his side.He also wasn't breathing well. He looked listless. Of course we were all upset and asking what happen to him. No one could give us any answers. I had to leave their and take him to another hospital which told us he dehydrated and his blood pressure was low. The next morning my wife and I went to the hospital for answers. No one there could explain what happened and the doctor even said she never saw him with any wounds. Because of the neglect my dog experienced there I HAD TO PUT MY DOG TO SLEEP! I'm just making this known for anyone thinking of boarding there pet with Town & Country.

...we got our children Dolphy and Zsa Zsa last night and they were so excited and happy to see us, they look clean and happy.

... we understand how stressful for our furry children (and, their parents) to be away from their comfortable home. we have the most spoiled children on earth, we have them at a very young age and as big as our hand that we put them on a bag or shopping carts when they were puppies,

...now, grown and weighs 25 and 35 lbs, we cannot hide them. that being said, we know when they were treated unfairly. they let us a know. that being said,

...i feel that the staff treated my children the best they could with care and love. they’re very strong and hunting dogs. uncontrollable and excitable at its best. it is easy for pet sitter to get frustrated with them especially during their walks. i can tell they were walked with patience and care.

...Dolphy and Zsa Zsa were taught by me to let me know if they were treated unfairly or being hurt. so far, they said nothing of it or hint of unkindness.

Town and Country TEAM, thank you for taking good care of our children, they know how to manipulate anyone for treats and more food, their faces are so adorable that giving in is so easy. that is why we love them. thank you for being kind to them Mary, Rocky, Jessica, Lindsey, Liz, everyone.
