On Monday, December 11th, at 12:00 PM, a technician arrived to service my dishwasher through my home warranty company. I pay a monthly fee for the warranty and also paid a $100 service fee for this visit. The dishwasher had been experiencing an issue where it would sometimes stop mid-wash cycle.

During the service, the technician took the dishwasher apart and bent the frame in the process. He then claimed the damage was my fault. After his visit, the dishwasher no longer works at all. I now have to purchase a brand-new dishwasher because of the damage caused by this company.

The technician was also extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment he arrived, which made an already bad situation even worse. Since then, I have called the company multiple times and was repeatedly assured that a service manager would call me back, but no one has followed up.

Whatever you do, do not use this company for any of your appliance repairs. Their reviews speak for themselves—poor ratings across the board. Stay far away and call someone else who values professionalism and customer service.

It is very difficult to rate this company. Yes my washing machine was repaired but it took 4 visits and about 1 month. On the first visit it was diagnosed without even looking into the machine, so on the second visit when opened found another problem and had to order part. There was an issue with the control dial (the one that selects the type of wash) and was told it would be sent in and see if American Home Shield would replace it. They told AHS it was out of the scope of repair and would not cover it. I sent a video to the Executive Department at AHS and they covered it. No wonder this company only has a 1.6 Star Rating. They do as little as possible so they can get in and out so they are paid by AHS.

Formal Complaint Against All Valley Appliances Heating & AC, Inc.

I am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience with All Valley Appliances Heating & AC, Inc., a company that was dispatched to my home by my home warranty provider. This company displayed unprofessional, unethical behavior and failed to provide competent service.

My Experience:
1. Misdiagnosis of the Problem: The technician misdiagnosed the issue with my freezer and refused to explain the diagnosis or how they arrived at their conclusion. This left me with more questions than answers. Additionally, after accessing my panel now the refrigerator doesn’t work, when it always cooled perfectly.
2. Unprofessional and Condescending Behavior: When I asked for clarification, the owner dismissed me with, “Lady, you need to listen.” I was stunned by this rude and unprofessional remark. No customer should ever be spoken to in such a disrespectful manner, especially when seeking answers about their own home.
3. Unethical Practices: Upon further investigation, I discovered that All Valley Appliances Heating & AC, Inc. is not registered with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and has numerous active complaints against them. These complaints mirror my experience, with many customers citing poor service, misdiagnoses, and unprofessional conduct.
4. Yelp Reviews Confirm Similar Issues: A quick glance at their Yelp page (Yelp Reviews) shows a pattern of dissatisfaction. The company has a significant number of 1-star reviews, with many customers describing unethical and dismissive behavior similar to what I experienced.

My Takeaway:

This company’s unprofessionalism and lack of accountability are unacceptable. It’s clear they are not interested in providing quality service or treating customers with respect. They are simply not a company I would recommend to anyone seeking reliable or ethical services.

I urge others to do their due diligence and avoid this company. Homeowners deserve professionalism, transparency, and proper service—not dismissive attitudes and poor workmanship.

I was a bit worried when my insurance assigned me to that company and I saw all of those reviews, but my experience was all good. The technician came on time to check my broken refrigerator. He said that ordering the part would take about 5 days. I would say 5 business days later, they called me from the company, made another appointment, came on time again, and fixed my refrigerator. There were no issues at all; each step was 5 stars.

We contacted American Home Shield about a claim for our double oven and microwave. All Valley Appliance was sent out. Their technician that came was extremely lazy and inconsiderate. Now only did not want to take the time to repair the oven, which needed to be pulled out from the wall, but when he arrived at our house, he parked in the middle of our driveway blocking access for us to get in our garage. He did not willingly offer to move his car. He also blamed us for the faulty oven as more or less homeowner error. Self cleaning ovens that fail are not homeowner error!!!

This technician reported back to American Home Shield the issues we were having which resulted in them denying our claim. We contacted American Home Shield to dispute this denial and they sent out a second tech from a different company who showed up today. This much nicer tech fixed the oven. Would you believe it? He took the time to pull the oven out of the wall to fix it. The first technician from the other company gave the impression that he didn’t want to do it. Next time we have an appliance repair, I’m going to ask American Home Shield to not use All Valley Appliance.

Too disappointing! They don't know how to fix and what comes worse is the rude and unprofessional customer service of the dispatch person Nancy! Don't waste your time and money with this unprofessional company! I should have looked at their poor reviews here before giving them the job!

Fraud fraud
They come from my Home Insurance to fix my dishwasher. The day their Technician showed up it was some ant on the floor so the reason that he wrote in reports (so they don't have to fix it because they already got paid). It is that the pest infestation caused my. heating element to fail. So these people are fraud, stay away from them. And if they were assigned to you from your Home Insurance company, just ask them to be changed. They are fraud and they take the first initial payment And they write something so they do not repair appliances and they get your claim to be rejected, so they don't have to spend money or time to fix your appliances.

I’d give 5 stars, but since there was some “trickery” involved, my max is 4.
Technician came on time and was knowledgeable. Technician did not know that another technician had just look at the fridge. After his inspection he confidently told me my compressor was shot (most expensive repair).
I confronted him with the knowledge of the other technician and called the other technician to get any clarification. The previous technician was very insistent that there was nothing wrong with the compressor.

After we hung up, and this is why you are getting 4 stars and not 1, but also not 5 but 4, the technician shows me the board, did something, waited to confirm my refrigerator was working and said he was done.
When asked about why the other guy couldn’t have done the same thing, he said. Well, I make $50 to come here. I can make $400 on the repair. What would you do?
