I loved their attention. The vet listened to everything i said and gave me an easy explanation of what the next step for my kitten was. Even though she gave me the medication and told me I should call if anything comes up, she called 5 days later to see if my kitten was feeling better.
The receptionist and the vet assistant were also helpful and nice. I strongly recommend this place.

I heard from my coworker about Dr. Villhauer's rusty trumbone technique, which is supposed to be therapeutic for dogs. Ever since his last appointment, my dog has been so much more calm and relaxed. I don't know what she did, but it must've been magic! Thanks Dr. Villhauer!

I used this practiced for many years . Dr Daly was fabulous with my high needs medical dog but … I do not recommend this place and if you already go here I urge you to change. In the last two weeks of my dogs life I was treated so poorly by the front desk staff and didn’t hear from the doctors except when I called multiple times asking for a call back. Even after the ER sent multiple reports of him being seen there. Very disappointing. I took my other dogs and went elsewhere .
They only care about how they will be paid and you won’t be able to get an appointment anyways - spare yourself a bad experience

Great office. My pup and I started going there 14 years ago. Recently that were also the ones to put an end to her suffering. Staff always warm and friendly. Doctors responsive to our needs, returning phone calls even if well after business ours. Michelle’s groomers that’s right next to them also excellent service. 10/10 would recommend!!

Dr Hansen, Dr Dailey and their wonderful staff are the real deal. They are responsive, helpful and caring. They listen to your concerns and work with you to provide the best care for your pet. I’m so grateful I found them and thank them for all the help they’ve offered to me and my 17-year old cat.

I’ve been taking my dog Lucy to Ash Creek since she was a pup. She loves it there and so do I. They always take good care of her and Dr. Chris Hansen is always so understanding and compassionate. A lot of the same staff have been working there for years too so it’s nice to have familiar faces especially when your furry friend needs medical care.
