My first visit with Bond Vet last year was amazing. The staff made both myself and my pup feel comfortable. The entire visit was completed in one room(check-up/vaccinations), the nurse at the time was so amazing that my pup didn’t yelp once when the nurse administered her shots. I felt good. My dog felt good. This time around the visit was the total opposite.
1. My dogs files were lost(I had to go thru my email and send invoice/last visit to them
2. It took them 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen
3. The nurse forced my dog to go with her to another room to check her weight. Last year, the nurse was like ‘C’mon Mom let’s go weigh your pup
4. They again, forced my dog into another room (where I couldn’t go)for her vaccinations where she yelped after each shot. I could hear her thru the door. I promise you, I was about to break the door down.
No one from our last visit was there. It was a terrible experience for me. I will not be going back.

Do not go here if you are looking for ongoing, attentive care for your pet. Any attempts at contact go to a centralized help desk and you never speak to the front desk or doctors directly until they have time. They are extremely overbooked and do not have time for non-life threatening issues.

For me, my pet had stomach issues and could not keep food down. After seeing the doctor, they did a host of tests. I waited for almost two weeks and five phone calls later until the doctor I saw had time to answer my questions and explain the results.

As part of this visit, my pet was given prescription food. When the time came for me to get more food, there were no refills on the prescription. When I contacted BondVet to get a refill, no one followed up after a full business day even after I articulated that my pets food prescription food supply was depleted.

Now I have a pet who is unable to keep down any food I’m giving him until the vet’s office has time to conduct a refill.

It looks like I will have to wait a couple of days if not more to be able to buy the only food my pet is able to keep down.

This lack of care and inability to communicate is causing my pet to suffer. I do not recommend going here.

This place really shouldn’t exist. Apparently they have no staff working there. I’ve had four appointments with them for my dog. Two got canceled about an hour or so before appointment. The other two, after explaining to the appointment maker, whether she was at that location or elsewhere what services I needed for the health of my dog, I took time off work and went in. They shuffled about but told me they do not have enough staff for my dog. They are irresponsible, literally a joke, they have no care for animals or people. Just an office that is trying to make money screwing people around. Pathetic place. They seriously should be shut down. If you don’t have any staff, either get some or close.very much the sickest irresponsible “ medical practitioners” I’ve ever seen. Makes me wonder if they shave any sort of degree or if they’re playing make believe. Please avoid if you care about your pet.

Beware of pricing! First vet visit was okay at best. Ignored our concerns about skin irritation issues with our new pet. We paid an exorbitant amount to get her all of her vaccinations and testing to make sure our puppy was healthy. During her first visit we had asked if the boosters were included in the ridiculously high prices for the vaccinations, and were told they were. Her parasite test came back positive, so we emailed the vet the same day requesting an external prescription. No answer whatsoever. Three weeks later we take her back for her follow up exam and boosters, and were charged an exorbitant amount AGAIN for the boosters. Then, the vet looks at her skin issues, recommends an allergy shot. I reviewed the price/service breakdown, agree to the price, sign off on the price, and then they changed the final price on me after administering the shot due to her "weight." Lastly, after I pay for the visit the front desk clerk asks me if I would like her prescription for her parasite. I tell her that we had requested an external prescription two weeks ago and received no response. She tells me no problem, she'll send it to me right away. After a few minutes go by, she tells me that I don't have to wait and can expect it in an email. Not an hour later, the vet sends a text saying they can longer send the prescription unless we take her back for a $112 fecal exam. They were totally fine having me pay $75 for their prescription when I was leaving the visit, but suddenly it's an issue now that I want an external prescription so I can get the medication for less from Chewy or Walmart. All in, we spent over $1,000 on two vet visits from this vet office. Totally overpriced, I would recommend going elsewhere for anyone seeking care for their pet.

I cannot recommend Bond Vet enough! The staff is incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. O’Brien is the absolute best!!! She is always fun to talk to , takes the time to listen to my concerns& takes the time to explain everything about my dog's condition and answers all my questions thoroughly. The clinic is clean and well-organized, and they truly care about the animals. My dog is always treated with love and kindness. Thank you for providing such excellent care!

The nurses here are very professional and nice. The vet is very unprofessional and has strong attitude. The two times I took my dog, she spent very little time examining my dog, buy a decent amount of time accusing me of not treating my dog appropriately. I took my dog, Choco, here for two visits. The first time I took him, she asked me why I didn’t adopt my last foster and what I fed my dog (in an accusing way) because his gum a little red. She gave little advice on what kind of chewing toys I should give to him, and got me all paranoid. I had to send an email to the nurses and they helped me understand what kind of toys are appoppiate to the puppies ( it should be hard enough to help them get rid of their baby teeth, but it shouldn’t splint). My 2nd visit is even worse. I went there to get a Canine Influenza vaccination (they charge annual health exam fee for that. That’s $110 before tax, which I just paid the same thing about three weeks ago during my first visit. And this time she spent literally less than one minute on examining him. ) She asked me why I am having the vaccination, I said I want to do daycare and possible board and training. She immediately started accusing me of mistreatment of my dog. She says all board and training used negative reinforcement and the dogs are mistreated. Again, without offering any training advice. I got upset and i told her if she thinks i am mistreating my dog she should call animal control.

I’ve had two visits with two different animals and in the process met three members of the front desk staff, four techs, and Drs Sharikrishna and O’Brien. All were very kind and compassionate…a great experience for my pets and me! They are very efficient without feeling rushed and I appreciate the extended hours at the clinic.

I'm a first-time dog owner! Saige came into our lives after the passing of a family member. I was able to get a same day appointment, and the online booking was super easy. I gained so much information during our appointment. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. We've definitely found our vet family.
