The absolute worse trash company out there. They will pick your can up for absolutely no reason when your bill is paid and then say they didn’t do it they have done this so many times I can’t even count. They make you file a police report and pay $80 to get the can back that they took. One time I watched them pick the cans up and the very unprofessional lady on the phone told me it’s still my problem. Then one time they dropped off 3 cans for absolutely no reason and decided to add 1 extra can to my bill which we did not want so I called them and it took them 2 months to pick up the 3 cans they left at my house and when they did they picked up all the cans including the one I pay for. The lady on the phone makes it absolutely impossible to talk and she defends her drivers who are the ones doing it over the customer. I think this company really needs a change in staff and especially in the dispatch department because I’m pretty sure they have no idea what they are doing. We are switching to a new trash company because this company has been such a nightmare. I shouldn’t have to have this much call time with my trash company. The lady needs to be taught about customer service or they need to fire her for being lazy and not wanting to look into situations and instead tells customers to file another police report and pay them another $80. I’m not sure how the Pueblo Police Dept would feel about them telling customers to file police reports over trash cans they picked up because they don’t wanna do the foot work and figure out why the drivers took them.

They had a decent price, but when I asked for an extension because of the snow storm and we were behind on getting the rest of the stuff in there, they did not care whatsoever. The first woman I spoke to told me that an extra day would be 7.50, the she transferred me and the next lady told me 14.50. I also told them that the dumpster might be heavier because of the snow storm and if they will take that into account when they weigh it, and her response was that we will be charged if the weight goes over. The only good experience I have had with this company is that the drivers are always very nice. I have purchased a dumpster through this company multiple times, but I will be going through someone else in the future. The customer service within this company has a lot of work to do!

I cancelled my service sept 16th 2024. On a VM because during working hours noone answered the phone. I haven't lived at the address they keep charging me for since Sept 16th, and now it's in collections. For months I've been charged for garbage that's not mine! It's ridiculous and when I call all I get is the recording!!!! They had been great prior to this

I've been a loyal customer with this company for about 4 or 5 years,
and I’ve always tried to be patient and understanding through various
issues. However, my recent experience has been incredibly frustrating.
My service was disconnected for a $31 balance, which is frustrating in
itself, but what made it worse was the lack of communication. I was
never notified beforehand that my service was at risk of being shut
off, and when I called to address the issue, I spoke with a rude and
aggressive response from a staff member. She told me I could only
speak to the Office manager, and her tone was snippy and
unprofessional so I just hung up.

It’s disappointing that a small mistake on my part, like forgetting a
single month's bill, resulted in such poor customer service and a
sudden stoppage of my service.
After being a long-term customer, I expected better treatment.
Hopefully, they can improve their customer support moving forward.

Tore off my chain link fence with their truck then did not fix it. Had to constantly call for them to pick up my trash because they missed it when I paid. Now wants me to pay for the next 3 months of service after cancelling them. Would not use or recommend. And the customer service when answering the phone is awful. I as well as my mother spoke to the business on the phone when my fence was ripped out so we spoke to them at least twice.

Skipped my house for 3 weeks in a row no matter how many times I called the office. The finally picked up my trash after 3.5 weeks because I threatened to cancel and the manager himself had to come get my trash. I decided to cancel anyways and they gave me one last week of service (pick up on Thursday) and they drove past my house, stopped the truck, and once again did not pick up my trash for my final week. They said they would come pick up their tote on that Friday and did not pick it up.

Customer service is wonderful!! If there’s a problem they won’t make you feel like it’s your fault, and they are extremely nice and helpful, in the office and on the field. 10 stars if I could!! Extremely thankful for this disposal company!! 🙂

Your guys are the best. For example I forgot to put out my trash can, 1 of them, I have an injured llama in my front yard. God bless them they emptied my trash. There is a goodie in their future. By the way I speak to them almost every week. I think they do excellent job. I will stay with C&C for a long time. Thanks guys.!
