The owner of this company, Cory Jones, personally took my daughters dance photos and she and I both left in tears. She is 2. When her photos began, he asked all the other parents and kids to wait outside. I was the only parent in the room and I stood behind him and assured my daughter that “I’m here.” because she was nervous in the car. She was a bit frozen in front of the camera and was posing but not smiling much. He began raising his voice at her to “smile… smile… SMILE.”. It was not in a kind tone at all, which made her freeze up worse. She was very aware he was frustrated. Again. SHES TWO YEARS OLD. this strange man was yelling at her. She was a bit stunned.

Her teacher was trying to help her get in position to lay down and put her hands on her face, a pose we were told as a class that they’d each get to do. She got stuck on her knees for a moment and the photographer set his camera down, put his hands up, and angrily said “Kay we’re done. And get the moms out of here! The mom’s are done!” and ended her photos that I paid for.

He then very aggressively told the next mom coming in that she had to leave, as I left the room with tears streaming down my face. It was so clear that he hated our group. He was mad at my daughter’s lack of smiling and he got fed up before she could finish her session.

I am honestly heartbroken over the lack of patience for children this man has, as a professional in his industry. There was another mom waiting for me in the parking lot after seeing me physically upset in the hall, to confirm that he was a total jerk to them too. Cory does not know how to work with small children and I would never recommend this company for anyone with kids. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered pictures of my daughter from a competition in February. I paid $75, and NEVER received them. I sent numerous emails and they would respond and tell me my order was being processed that week. Now they simply won't respond. I plan to file a fraud report with my bank and get a refund. Terrible!!
