I'm always happy with my experiences with this shop. Courteous, clear, and on-time. They set reasonable expectations and usually exceed them. Car is always ready when they say it will be. As a new customer, I had some concerns about an older vehicle that I recently acquired.
The guys at C & M We’re not only great, but very knowledgeable and very professional.
They double and triple checked all components and filters and gave some good recommendations on my transmission.
I say this with 100% confidence in these guys as I did my research before taking my 2005 Ford freestyle in for service.
I highly recommend C&M it was so easy all I did was call, make an appointment And everything was explained.
Do yourself a favor if you need transmission work or maintenance go to C&M you won’t be disappointed and you won’t be ripped off.

I was very happy with the service I received. Once I got the original estimate, I began to shop coupons in my savings book. I quickly found that the services I would receive were worth the extra $120. They dropped the pan, put a new filter and took a picture of the oil and any residue left by the transmission. The other shops only drained and refilled the transmission fluid. When I went to pay, I was offered a triple AAA discount, which was unexpected and a bonus. Overall, I am not very trusting of car repair shops. But felt like I was well taken care of.

I took my 2016 Sierra in for a transmission issue. The team took me in to diagnose the issue which ended up resulting in a full rebuild. The system they have in place that provides updates and photos is fantastic. While the process took longer than expected, I was happy with the communication and overall process. I will definitely be back for future services.

This place will treat you like family from how friendly Sean in the front to the people working on your vehicle to the owner everyone there enjoys what they do and it shows in their work. Top quality service all around strongly recommend!

Awesome experience, they are very knowledgeable and attentive and they communicate and they are honest. I had my dealership. Tell me that something was going to cost almost $3300. I brought my car over to Richard and he really took care of me and I was out the door for under 300. I’m going to refer him to all my clients. Very pleased.
