I recently took my pet to Cascades Pet Hospital, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The veterinarians were not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain every procedure and answer all my questions.

The facility is clean and well-organized, which really put my mind at ease. I appreciated how they handled my pet with care and compassion. The follow-up after our visit was also a nice touch, ensuring that my pet was doing well.

I highly recommend Cascades Pet Hospital to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care. They truly treat your pets like family!

Great people and doc. They were friendly and compassionate. The doctor clearly explained my dog's issue and course of treatment. He had been misdiagnosed previously and is now recovering with the proper medications.

Had to bring my cat in this morning unexpectedly. Dr. Saini was able to get him in with minimal wait time. I've had some bad experiences with vets in the past, so Cascades was very refreshing! The whole staff was very friendly and none of it felt fake or patronizing. They were very sweet with my boy and very communicative. When I expressed financial concerns, they worked with me to make sure that Tofu was getting the care he needed without it being a massive financial stress. Overall a very caring and respectful environment, we'll definitely be back!

This place has a great location, a nice store attached, and had a really friendly vet tech. Other than that, I was not impressed and still bothered by this vet clinic.

I previously took my dog to a big corporate clinic with a "puppy package" and I really wanted him to have personalized care, not a place where they have a revolving door of pets. I thought this place would be great because there is one vet and it's a small business. I went during their "vaccine hours" because I was told I'd get a discount on the exam fee (I did not get btw) to get him two booster vaccinations, THAT'S IT. What should have been a 10 minute appointment ended up being an hour. He tried to sell me a wellness package that I told him 5 minutes before I didn't want. He then bashed the current flea, tick, and heart worm meds I had him on in order to sell me his preferred brand. He then gave my dog a cytopoint shot and then told me afterwards what he gave him. I will admit it did help him, however he overcharged me by a lot. A cytopoint shot for a 7lb dog should not be the same as a 75lb dog, I'm sorry. Also, he spent a good portion of the appointment trying to upsell me every other vaccination you can think of! At this point he sounded more like a pharmaceutical sales rep, not a vet. Lastly, he conducted and charged me for comprehensive testing on him, even when I handed him proof he had one just had ONE MONTH before. All said and done, I paid $300 for what should have been a simple vaccine appointment.

I feel really stupid for this, but because he was already there and he needed a teeth cleaning, I decided to schedule a teeth cleaning for him because they had a "$369 special." I did know there were extra costs added with it, but it ended up being $900 at the end. He added so many junk fees and claimed he needed an extraction, which I am HIGHLY skeptical about. I found it strange that my two-year-old dog needed an extraction already. When his teeth cleaning was finished, I went to pick him up and the upselling continued. He tried to sell me things like dog tooth brushes and toothpaste, which I declined. He then handed me a "goodie bag" with his meds and these very medicinal dental chews I knew my dog wouldn't eat. I didn't really think about it though because I was exhausted and they were a part of the cost right? NOPE, I got home and realized he charged me $30 dollars for these! How slimy is that to take something that probably isn't selling in your store and pushing it on to your patrons. I had just told him my dog won't even eat greenies (which dogs ACTUALLY like) and you charge me for that garbage.

Overall this place just felt so scammy and overpriced to me. If you live nearby and don't have to worry about money, then this probably is the place for you. This vet made me reconsider having a pet altogether. If it costs this much just for basics for a healthy animal, then did I want to do this anymore? Luckily my friends with pets showed me their vet bills (which is how I know for a fact he overcharged me) and it put my fears to rest. This place is a big no for me.

The best experience ever!! PetSmart tried 3 people to cut my dog’s hair and told us he HAS to be sedated. Dr. Saini & his team are wonderful. The groomer Melken did it with no sedation and my dog was such a good boy! Amazing experience! Will definitely only be coming here

If you are looking for the compassionate, friendly, professional and expertise for your pet, then this is the place to go. We have 13 year old Siberian Husky, regardless of age and health conditions, Dr. Saini is the best vet to go. We wanted to get his nails done and we contacted alot of vet's, everyone prescibed sedation in order to accomplish this task, finally we met Dr. Saini, he made this impossible task possible without any sedation. And, he went every extra mile to take care of chronic allergies and ear iinfection our dog was suffering from. I recommend this vet to every owner who want the best for their little babies.
Honestly, after 2 visists at this place, out sweetie looks more healthy and young.

took my cat to this pet hospital, and after my experience with them I will NEVER take my cat here again. staff is rude, doesn't give you the attention you deserve, seemed very annoyed when asking questions, acted as if they had somewhere better to be. don't be in the business of taking care of animals if you are going to treat patients/customers with disrespect. also, outrageous prices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! id give them 0 starts if I could!

Cascades was AMAZING. On a Sunday, when no other vet hospitals were open they took my pup Lina (who had an infection) right away, were extremely helpful, and explained the whole process from start to finish. Highly recommend!! Thank you Cascades.
