Hello, Our 3 year old Beagle is having problems but now after visiting Dr.William at Chantilly Animal Hospital we are all feeling better and not going broke. I was really impressed with the Vet. He took his time and explained all of his concerns which put us at ease. He also has a Great staff who knows what they are doing. Our Beagle is almost healed and a big part is the quality of care we received at Chantilly Animal hospital, Thanks.

Very happy with them. They’ve taken care of our dogs, past and present. Helped with situations other veterinary practices screwed up. My dogs are comfortable there and are treated very well. While they recognize when we arrive, they will be examined or vaccinated or groomed, which they don’t love—their demeanor is comfortable with all providers, from front desk to doctors.
That speaks volumes to me.
Also, I had booked my little rat terrier for a nail clip under sedation, because he stopped allowing the groomer to do so, and was reluctant with me attempting.
They were able to do so without sedation which is costly and what we reserved. So, I believe they are not money driven. They do what’s best for all involved.

Chantilly Hospital takes great care of our older pup whose had some skin issues recently. The Dr has reviewed a short term and a long term plan and is helpful at suggesting the best, most economical solutions to try and we make decisions together. They care about our pet and have even fit us in for the more emergent issues.

I’ve been going to this vet ever since I got my first dog almost 15 years ago. The staff here are so nice and compassionate. I’ve felt comfortable voicing my concerns and have never felt pressured to make any decisions I didn’t think were necessary. My dog has had about 4 surgeries in his lifetime here and they were all great experiences with very skilled doctors. The place is clean and every appointment goes by quickly and smoothly.
I would like to add that sadly my dog never had insurance (get it if you can, the earlier the better) but the prices were affordable and fair.

Staff was friendly, but there seems to be an issue with precision. I brought my dog in for an annual at Chantilly Animal Hospital, which is a different animal hospital than I brought my dog the year prior. They did not request my dog’s medical records, but they ran through a list very quickly of vaccines they already decided needed to be administered. I informed them of the vaccinations that the other animal hospital emailed to me, and they confirmed that those would be given to her. When I was reviewing the receipt, I noticed that I was being charged for rabies and distemper vaccines. I asked why they administered those because my dog had already received those vaccines last year, so they weren’t due to be given again for another 2 years. When I brought up my concerns about the double dose, they weren’t able to confirm whether it would be an issue or not, and their only advice was to “watch her” over the next few days. It wasn’t a very reassuring visit.

Our previous boxer and now our boxer pup have both seen Dr. Bingaman at Chantilly Animal Hospital for serious and everyday treatments. She has always been EXTREMELY knowledgable, professional, practical with how she treats, and engaging with our dogs. You can really tell how passionate she is with animals and it carries over into her work. We cannot thank her enough for all she has done for our family and our boxers, especially with our boxer, Tyson's final months with us. It truly means the world to find such an invaluable veterinarian.

After nearly 10 years with CAH, we finally made the decision to find a new veterinarian. The hospital has changed drastically since the Covid-19 pandemic, and not in a good way. It is difficult to get an appointment and very much impossible to be seen the same day, so forget taking your pet here if you have any kind of sick animal and are seeking immediate care. Back in 2021, we had a very sick pet and tried to bring him in that same morning but were told they were fully booked. We ended up bringing him somewhere else, somewhere we had never been before, and that is where our pet spent his last 48 hours alive. In August of 2024, we had another sick pet and were told they had no available appointments so we once again had to scramble and find somewhere else to take our pet for care. And now, for a THIRD time, we had a sick pet and were told that the earliest he could be seen was 7 days from when I requested the appointment. Our pet died two days later... He didn't make it 7 days.... The vet that we ended up taking our pet to was shocked to learn that CAH does not reserve any timeslots for same day appointments and would deny service to an animal that needed to be seen the same day (during normal business hours). On multiple occasions, CAH has advised us to take our business somewhere else because they were "too busy" to see our pets, despite our nearly 10 year long relationship with them with 6 different cats and dogs. So now, I'm taking all of my business someplace else, honestly, this is something I should have done 4 years ago. It is evident that CAH only cares about the money they make by ensuring they are fully booked every day, and not at all concerned about actually caring for your furry loved ones.
