Octavia was and is such a breath of fresh air! I just moved to the area and was doing a frantic search for a waxer near me. I try to avoid the big corps. Anyway, biking was easy. Communication was timely and seamless. The actual appointment went the same way. She gained a client, definitely. Not to mention, she was very personable, informative, and welcoming. BOOK HER!
