As a small family-owned business here in the South Bay of Los Angeles, they’ve always provided top-notch service. Ivan and his staff are punctual, polite, and consistently make my pool sparkle after every visit. Whether it's small repairs or emergency services, they are always there when needed. Just last week, the timer on my pool wasn’t working, and within an hour, Ivan arrived and restored the settings perfectly. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and professional pool services.

I’ve used Ivan for at least 3 years now and he has provided excellent service for maintenance and repairs. I’ve had my pool where I live for over 40 years and Ivan and iPools have been the best service out of all of them. If I have a question or problem I can text him and get an immediate response. Mike is my technician and he’s great. When many of our local roads were closed and rain was pouring down, Mike made it through and serviced my pool. I’ve never had any other pool guy show up in the pouring rain. I couldn’t believe it. Ivan told me they always show up no matter what. My service day is Thursday which is always Thanksgiving and I think Mike even came that day as I recall .

Helping out during emergencies, explaining the systems so we could fix minor problems ourselves and most importantly honest feedback regarding repairs / timelines. My experience with iPools was 5 stars. I reached out to inquire about building a pool in my backyard and for hiring a new pool service company for my mom's home. Within 10 minutes of messaging them on Yelp, Ivan Flores, the owner of the company reached out to me and we set up an appointment for the following day. Ivan showed up on time, in a branded company truck, wearing his company's uniform, which definitely makes him look professional as first impressions are important. Upon meeting Ivan he hands me a business card and we began discussing ideas with my pool build. He then followed me to my mom's home and gave me a price for the weekly service. Like me, my mother liked Ivan and we hired his company for weekly service. A tech arrived the following day in uniform to begin the service of my mom's pool.

Ivan was very knowledgeable in regards to what can and can't be done with a new pool build in my backyard. He mentioned he does all the design work and permitting himself before they begin digging which is great as l'd like my design to be perfect. I am looking forward to working with Ivan on my pool build, finalizing a design and having a new swimming pool installed in my backyard!
