Granted it took a little time to get all the kinks worked out. Not James or Evan's fault. The manufacturer shipped late and there was a valve that had to be replaced when it got here. However these men gave us their best; they worked every day trying to get better air for us, even out of our old unit while waiting for the new one. They came after hours (no charge to help us). They sold us excellent equipment at a fair price. They did great work and picked up after themselves and always made sure we were happy with the plan. They and their assistant (helping a future AC young man learn the ropes) were a real pleasure to work with. My family was blessed to have them help us with our whole new system and new duct work. For the first time since we owned the house we have good air in all the rooms. Thanks guys, and blessings from the Ellis family.

Evan was on time and addressed the problem in less than one hour. He first explained the findings of his troubleshooting and then having the required part in his van,
replaced the part and had the unit working again.
Before leaving did one last check of the unit’s charge.

Service 1: Replaced entire mini split unit with new customer-supplied unit. Outstanding company who took pride in their workmanship and making sure the job was done right, the first time. Very honest with competitive pricing. Communication was five star all the way around, prior to work with scheduling, during the work, and post completion. Technician showed up exactly on time and completed the job earlier than expected.

Service 2: Supplied and Replaced a 9 year old indoor mini split unit that was leaking. Complete in less than 2 hours. Pricing was competitive, and service and communication were both outstanding.

Evan is my go-to HVAC contractor from here on out.
