The staff at Kenhaven are absolute angels – from the front desk, the vet nurses, and the doctor. I love LOVE that they are thoughtful enough to have two entrances, one for dogs and one for cats. This might seem small for some pet owners but not for us. We adopted our ginger from the shelter when he was 9 and is terrified of any other humans and animals especially dogs (we adopted him and agreed not to get any other pets due to how scared he is). He is now 17 years old and has never been to another vet!!!!!!

Being allowed to bring him into the cat side without the worry of running into a dog on the way in or in the waiting area makes Tristan’s experience literally stress free.

Along with the two entrances they are extremely flexible with scheduling – I work full time and cannot wait around, so they let me drop him off in the morning and pick him up after work. They always call me early afternoon with updated/how he is doing and ask how I would like to move forward. They allow time to weigh out your options and do not pressure you. Id take the reviews saying pet parents are being pressured with a grain of salt.

The only thing is I wish we had some kind of pet insurance on Tristan because the bills are kind of high but its so worth it for how Tristan is treated when he goes in. I know he’s "just a cat" but he's our family and he’s treated with kindness and a lot of love when hes there. If you sign up online you get some amazing coupons to stock up on pet food and they are always emailing deals and discounts.

When we go and pick Tristan up they always tell us how much of a lovebug he is and that they love hugging on him while he waits for mom to pick him up. For Tristan to be so comfortable around them speaks volumes to how he’s treated when I am not around. I trust Tristan in their care and will never move vets. Kenhaven is family. Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of our old man <3

I can't express enough how grateful I am to Kenhaven Animal Hospital. My dog had a twisted nail that caused him so much pain because it kept getting caught on things. Kenhaven was the third vet clinic I visited. The first vet clinic couldn't manage to trim my dog's nails despite their claims of doing their best. The second clinic suggested putting him under anesthesia and amputating his finger, which made no sense to me.

Finally, someone recommended Kenhaven Animal Hospital. Within just 10 minutes of our visit, they diagnosed and treated my dog's problem. The entire process was quick and efficient, and my dog's relief was almost immediate.

I highly recommend Kenhaven Animal Hospital for their exceptional care and expertise. They made a stressful situation manageable, and my dog is now pain-free.

We’ve been taking our sweet dog ,Bear to Kenhaven for about 10 years now and I cannot say enough about the care he has received. The Veterinarian, staff and groomer are among the finest and most compassionate in their field. Bear always looks forward to going in, and literally almost pulls my arm out of its socket to get to the car. Lol! It could be his love for a great car ride too! 🙂
I’ve actually been dealing with Kenhaven since the early 80’s and have taken all my four legged babies to them, so that says a lot.
I highly recommend this facility and will be going there as long as we have sweet fur babies in our family. The best…. The absolute best!

The staff are super friendly, especially Susan, she was awesome! Very accommodating and did an amazing job with grooming/shaving down my matted senior dog. I would definitely come back!

We recently moved to the area and we're looking for a new groomer and vet. Kenhaven is now our go-to for both! Their groomer Susan wonderful! She took such good care of our dog who has very wiry hair and can be hard to work with. He had no issues and looks so good! She even gave him a little tie and some doggie cologne! The staff in reception were so welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be bringing our dog here again.

Every time I have visited Kenhaven I've always been met with really nice staff and Drs who made me feel like my precious babies were being taken care of. Even when I had to put down my cat a couple years ago I was met with such care and sympathy. I will continue to go here for all my pets treatment and yearly check ups.
