Kerr county AC & Heating is the most knowledgeable and professional company I have had do work on my home ac/heating systems. Ryan, the technician that worked on two systems came up with a solution and found two other problems and took care of those. As a result our ac/heating operation and effectiveness is greatly improved. Ryan knows his stuff and is a friendly and professional asset to this top notch company. Now have a yearly maintenance contract with them.

The crew was so friendly and courteous. They arrived on time. We had to have a new unit installed and the work they did was done in a timely manner. It was hot on the day of installation and the crew had the A/C back on before the end of the day. They protected our tile floor, cleaned up every bit of trash, parts etc before they left. They went over what they did and visually showed us the work. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Kerr County A/C and heating.

I was very pleased with Kerr County A/C and Heating. Within a 2 weeks span both my business and house needed our heaters serviced. My business heater runs off gas and they needed to order a part to fix it. They communicated very well on when to be expecting the part to come in and when they would be coming to repair it.

Same thing for my house, our blower motor went out and we needed to get a brand new one. They communicated well with us on that too, and got it fixed just in time before the cold front came in.

I wasn’t expecting my bill to be that high for my house. But what I loved about this company, is they offered me a finance option that they offer through synchrony. So I was able to get on a 25 month 0% interest plan to pay for it. That was clutch considering the holidays are here and money is tight. So I was very grateful that they offer this type of option. I will definitely be recommending this place for HVAC services!
