Lau is amazing! She is so knowledgeable when it comes to your skin and makes you feel like whatever she’s doing for you is catered to exactly what you need. I go to her for waxing, dermaplaning, and hydrofacials. No matter what I go for, my skin always looks and feels so much better than it did before I walked in. I have been going to Lau for all things wax for the last 16 years! She is consistent and funny especially when distracting you from the waxing process. She attends to you at your designated appointment time, has a great personality, she is fast, and great at what she does. I can honestly say I haven’t had a complaint in 16 years.
