hello to the upper staff -
you guys need to know what an exceptional job Jackie and the crew do at this location! Jackie not only trains the front desk people like Ebony, & Amary to do an efficient swift job with check in/check out as well as knowledgeable about each & every massage therapist for issues of health that may arise!
i have been a client for over a decade!
i keep going back to plantation because it’s
“perfectly organized” thanks to Jackie!

I went to ask a question, the front desk receptionist was abrupt and borderline rude. This massage envy is located in a busy plaza. After finally getting there, I didn’t expect such a stressful environment.

I just had the most amazing massage with Virginia !! I highly recommend going to massage envy, the staff was exceptional with customer service and making me feel comfortable. I ended up signing up for a membership because the manager Jackie was so detailed in explaining the benefits!! Go to this massage envy if you want to feel good !!

They are the worst! I first went to the Davie location, they try to get you with the contract SO BE CAREFUL! Since I had a bad experience there I gave them another chance in the Plantation location. I paid my monthly fee, I had to reschedule my visit because I was in the hospital recently. I made an apt. today and the manager Jackie canceled my membership yesterday without telling me anything .. knowing my situation because they made a note that I won't be able to keep the contract agreement due to my medical condition. I go today and they tried to charge me $120, when I already paid my month, I didn't even fight about getting a refund. Obviously all this was done on purpose, I got no courtesy call -- Nothing!! Last thing I want is go to a place to get stressed out, I was going to get some relaxation after my hospital stay -- Total opposite. Horrible experience with both locations/management. Told all my friends not to think about going to ANY Massage Envy. They agree!
