We have two special needs children who require lots of attention and assistance with daily living tasks. Pacific Homecare first had us interview someone we ultimately decided was not a good match for our family, and after we decided that they had absolutely no issues with us needing new care and assisted us very promptly finding someone better fit for our family. They were helpful with this process and not upset at all! We are so happy with our current provider we have through their company-she is wonderful with our kids! The entire process from starting the boys through this care to current has been nothing but easy, helpful, and so beneficial for our family. We are so grateful for Pacific Homecare!

Our family has been a consumer of Pacific Homecare for about 15 years now with the same provider. My son loves and respect Monica, his respite provider who watched him grow from a toddler to now a very tall 17 year old. He’s always excited to spend time with her when she comes over for our scheduled respites. The respite service is and was a life saver for me and my family. Having Monica watch and supervise my son over the years, gave us some much needed time to spend with our older kids or just getting errands done; without worrying if my son is in good hands. She's very flexible with scheduling and very reliable. She became like a second family for us. It also helped me to have a break as the main care provider for my son since I’m also dealing with my own health issues. We’ve never had any service problems with Pacific Homecare beside some minor paperwork issues once or twice which were always solved promptly.

Pacific Homecare Services has provided respite care providers for our family for several years. My daughter loves her current provider. I hope she will be with us for a long time. Pacific Homecare always does their best to find quality providers and their communication with me, as a client, is excellent.

This Company is a discriminating company. I am a single-parent of a severely autistic teen, nonverbal, Tube-fed, epilepsy, intellectual learning disability and etc. Mind you my son was diagnosed 2009. I was able to use there services from July-August 2024. After this it was a downward. I wasn't able to renew extension for respite care. It was a blame game. I emailed my son's case manager and Lisette, regarding there services. Now finally the hours are approved but Pacific Homecare won't provide a provider for Respite care. I received a call on 12/2/24. I listened to the message for available Respite care for 12/03/24. I left a message on 12/03/24 about 8:30 a.m. and no call. The respite hours expire on 12/14/24. Their excuse now is after I sent an email accusing Lisette of discrimination. Now Dana, Adriana at Pacific Homecare are abusing/lying about services/provider not being available. I am different. I talk different, look different, but never disrespectful. I am always kind. For these people to discriminate, bully us because of my being different and abuse their power by not providing services to a mother in need of services. Imagine not being able to leave home for weeks. Because you have no help. No one to watch you child. Who is homebound and doesn't have the mental capacity to understand. There is help but I am not allowed to use because I am different. This Company might not be bad but this company has people working for them that is misrepresented themselves representing this company. Shame on Lisette, Dana and I believe Adriana. I just hope these women are not mothers. To be a mother and to do this kind of treatment to another mother in need of help is beyond me. It's Sad.
