Quiero compartir nuestra experiencia con Pender Pet para que les sirva a muchas personas que necesitan traer a sus mascotas de países declarados de alto riesgo y que deben seguir los nuevos protocolos de CDC. Desde el primer momento que llenamos la aplicación para que Pender Pet reservara la recogida y revisión de Peter, nuestro perrihijo Boston Terrier de 8 años que venía de Colombia, todo fluyó de manera excepcional. Nosotros vivimos en La Florida y luego de no lograr comunicación asertiva y no recibir un trato respetuoso en el proceso de acercamiento con el lugar que CDC tiene determinado para Miami, decidimos viajar a hacer todo el proceso a Washington luego de leer los comentarios y reseñas de Pender en Google. Gracias a Dios lo hicimos, fue un milagro todo. Sami espectacular en su manera cómo nos guió en el proceso, nos respondía respetuosa y afectivamente con bastante solidaridad frente a nuestra ansiedad y miedo. Luego Craig desde el aeropuerto hasta el momento en que nos lo entregaron. De verdad, no tenemos palabras para agradecer lo que esto significó para nuestra familia. Gracias Pender Pet, gracias Sami, Mike, Craig y todos en este lugar. Bendiciones. Para quien necesite traer sus perros no duden en confiar en ellos, sus tarifas y logística no tienen comparación. ¡Los mejores!

I cannot say enough about Pender and their assistance importing a dog from a high risk rabies country (Ghana). Due to all of the new CDC rules, the process took 6 months but I could not have navigated it without them. Special shout out to Mike who answered so many questions throughout (even before I had an actual reservation secured). They made the process possible and we are forever grateful. They took great care of Apricot for the two days she spent there while we waited for CDC release (she had some significant skin issues that needed attention). We also saw lots of happy playing dogs in the doggy daycare/boarding area. Highly recommend. I’d give 100 stars if I could

Travelled from India to DC & was really worried how my pet Luna who is a pug would make it through the quarantine as she is only mouth fed but I would say she did fairly well & am sure the team really took care of her & the vet had given some antibiotics as she had some skin infection due to the hot weather in India which now her skin is improving and hope it goes away completely once her 10 day course is complete. I would really want to Thank the Vet & the Pender Pet Team for taking care of my girl & would surely recommend them and you can trust your pet 100% with them. Great work Team.

My dog and I love Pender Pet Retreat! The staff is very friendly, helpful and responsive. I love that I can see my dog on camera, and that she gets a little report card after her stay. But the best review comes from my dog - when I say the word "daycare", she loses her mind with excitement!
