I’ve always been unsure of doing laser treatment because I was always warned of expense, ineffective treatments on my skin type, and of course hyperpigmentation . But I’m genuinely in awe of how wonderfully my skin had progressed since starting treatment.
I have Hirsutism, so I’ve already gone the route of creams—which smell horrid and at times burn, shaving—which caused a lot of annoying ingrowns, and waxing—where the hair “appeared” thinner at first but really you just developed a “growth pattern” of it coming back on the 3rd/4th week where you’d need to visit the waxer again.
To my surprise, after just the first session at Relax and Cruz, the hair started to shed. Crystal had alerted me it would happen, but just 3-4 days after the session was quite the sight to see. Following up in the coming weeks I only had to shave once—mind you I used to shave on an interval of every 2-4 days. It may do in some part to me starting treatment during the “growth pattern” week I had developed but essentially I was able to see an immediate difference in my skin and hair growth. Even the area of my face where I had inflammation due to excessive ingrown hairs seems to have smoothened down. I genuinely am so thankful to Crystal, it’s the first time in years I’ve felt comfortable in my own skin.

Best experience at great prices! Crystal is so kind and her spa reflects her: calm personality and highly skilled. From my first call and consultation, I knew I'd book sessions. She picked the perfect strength on the laser THE FIRST TIME! I was sold. My treatment is only 5 to 10 minutes max but I stay longer becase Crystal checks in to ensure your skin is responding properly and makes sure I'm informed. So glad I found her spa!

I have been coming for Electrolysis and some laser, for over a year now, I have had a major improvement and reduction in the amount of hairs that I see on my face, I basically went from taking 1.5 hrs to now down to 15 minutes, my facial hair growth is hormonal and so very stubborn, but I am almost at the end of my treatments. It is very relaxing while I am there, the music, the vibe, I love it. I highly recommend. Love that this is black owned, Crystal is amazing, she is very detailed and takes pride in what she does. She provides other services, I have done facials which I have loved, I should do it more often, lol. Definitely give her a call, very professional, pays great attention to detail, 10/10 recommend.
