Amazing place! They took my dog in last minute even though it wasn't in their policy and literally treated him like he was royalty with treats, a comfy chair, and his own bowl of water. The vet was also very kind and took time to hear about my pets history which I really appreciated
The front desk person was also extremely welcoming and offered me coffee while we waited for our appointment.

Amazing office, the waiting area and hospital itself is so beautiful and clean. I was genuinely welcomed by the front desk when I came in and even offered a refreshment while I waited for my appointment to start. I loved that that had some retail items available to browse too!

The doctors and nurses were all so lovely and do a great job walking me through the exam and reviewing all the different treatment options for my cats.

Their practice manager, Ashley, is so friendly and professional!

Super easy to book through the app (I was able to get an appointment scheduled same day) and they even have a telehealth service that you can use between appointments. This soothes an anxious cat mom like me! Would definitely recommend Small Door to anyone with a pet.

So grateful for the team at Small Door on 14th! They made us feel so welcome, were so gentle and kind with my sick dog, and took the time to explain everything to me, including cost, which can be a grey area with other vets. The space is gorgeous too! We love Small Door and actually look forward to going back.

Small door has been an amazing for us. Dr. Randolph is always super thorough and peppa loves him. They always have availability and very accommodating if a reschedule is required. The staff is super sweet and when peppa had surgery they kept me up to date. Would give them a million stars if I could.

Just took our new dog here for her first vet visit and we LOVE Small Door! Staff were super knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Our pup had to get multiple shots but felt calm and safe due to the friendly faces at Small Door (and the generous amount of cheese they gave her). The app is also super user-friendly and makes it easy to understand costs and keep track of upcoming appointments. Thank you!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience so far joining the Small Door Vet community. During our first visit the entire staff, including Dr. Dugan went above and beyond explaining everything to us about the care our new puppy, Arlo would need. They explained the cost upfront and the benefits of the bundle package which we opted for. We look forward to a long relationship with this team as it relates to the care for the newest addition to our family!

I love EVERYTHING about Smalldoor! The staff is great with both of my fur babies. I highly recommend bring your pets here at the 14th St location. They treat me and my cats like family!
