La comunicación con los gerentes es inmediata y efectiva, cada necesidad que hemos tenido a sido atendida y resuelta con rapidez por Travis y/o Santiago. Atendiendo las necesidades del paciente, la cuidadora que nos asignaron, Marlen, es hispano parlante lo que le da un valor agregado, además es puntual, competente y con disposición de servicio, ha establecido una relación de afectuoso respeto con el paciente en su propio idioma.. La atención telefónica al cliente es amable y profesional. No puedo dejar de mencionar que además del lado profesional Synergy Home Care tiene un lado humano de gran valor.

I can't even say how lucky we were to find Synergy home care. They have provided aides for my mom for the last year. Both D and Z are the most loving caring individuals, and my mother adored them both! Z is meticulous at keeping track of Mom's jillions of appointments and taking her to those places and being her voice. Z and Mom would go on "field trips" to the store for either fun or necessity (groceries/meds, etc). The company is very flexible in working with our needs, quickly responding to organizing schedules to allow those appointments, last minute changes, adding more hours to the schedule, and in the end, thoughtfulness and consideration. As a daughter living in a different state, I felt completely comfortable with my mom's care - I was always kept up to date, and in the end worked side-by-side with a woman who became my mom's friend and who cared for my mom very much. I am grateful.

I needed help after having shoulder surgery. The people at Synergy couldn't be better. Emily has been a blessing. She's helped me with everything I needed, from showering to housework and even took me to my Dr. appointment. I highly recommend Synergy.

Horrible company, full of liars.
my entire review is too long to paste on here.. this is a company that praise on people who need assistance and will do anything to charge you money even if they don’t do any work

They even lie about their owner and say that he is a doctor at a major hospital, and has “connections” to the get you on a transplant list.. but he’s not really. It’s really sad and disgusting and all I can do is be my best me, and continue to not be phased by crooked companies like this, and especially who pray on people who are as vulnerable as I am, the man upstairs sees everything and karma is a you know what!

I’m going to try to find a place on the Internet, possibly on Facebook or somewhere else to voice my entire review in depth so that others are made aware of what’s really going on here.. but from what I can tell this company is barely able to pay their employees so they probably won’t be around too much longer!

So happy with Synergy HomeCare! I carefully researched multiple highly recommended home care services for my mom before choosing this team. They were the only group I met with that I felt showed genuine interest in my mom as a person and not just another client. After observing the interactions between my mom and her caregiver over the last few weeks I couldn’t be happier. It’s a relief to know that my mom is well taken care of in my absence and I can honestly see their relationship growing and trust building on a daily basis. I called on holiday MLK January 15. 3 other agencies I called first couldn’t help with around the clock care. Call #4 was a win! Not only does Synergy offer full shift care, but they had a tech available that evening. In conjunction with Hospice I was able to bring my friend home from the hospital at 6pm. Home at last, his final wish to die at home. Jennifer and Michelle were amazing, experienced and caring women. My friend passed away the following day, in peace. I highly recommend Travis’ team at Synergy Healthcare! Thank you.
