Mixed review based on multiple experiences - now that I'm with the same tech I have had a more positive experience.

PROS:
-They offer a great waxing pass to get multiple waxes per month for a membership rather than paying per service.
-Fair price per service on waxes.

CONS:
-They use wax strips. You can request hard wax if you prefer, but it is pushed on you to get strips instead.
-Not all techs will give you your money's worth. My first several visits I saw different techs and had to do a lot of maintenance directly after my appointment.
-I've always had to wait, even when booking the earliest appointment of the day, they are less organized than is optimal

I recently visited The Pampered Peach for my first-ever Brazilian and butt wax, and I have to say, the experience exceeded all expectations. As a guy, I was a bit nervous about the process, but Deaja, my wax specialist, made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in.

She started by explaining their technique and the different types of wax they use, which immediately helped calm my nerves. It was clear she’s knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She answered all my questions without hesitation and was incredibly professional throughout.

The service itself was way less awkward than I imagined, thanks to Deaja’s warm and friendly demeanor. She created a comfortable environment, ensuring I felt relaxed and taken care of the entire time.

The results? Amazing. Smooth and flawless. The technique she used made the process efficient and as painless as possible, which I really appreciated.

If you’re considering waxing but feel hesitant, I highly recommend The Pampered Peach and Deaja in particular. I’ll definitely be coming back for!

This was my first time at any Pampered Peach. I had an appointment originally scheduled for 2:15P but due to my previous appointment ending a littler earlier I called to see if I could get in earlier. No one answered but as soon as I hung up I a sweet agent from their team called me back and I was able to get in 15 minutes earlier. My specialist was Deaja, she was informative and explained the process to me before starting. I had been going to another well known wax center for 8 years and due to my visit today, I am switching to this location.

Everyone is cheerful and friendly. I make appointments with Odalys - she’s great. Puts me at ease, is concerned about my comfort and does a fantastic job. Ladies- have you tried the numbing spray You should. The place is always spotless as well. Highly recommend

AMAZING. I’m 7months pregnant and It’s been awhile since I’ve gotten a wax, I was worried but a friend told me she loved it here… I now see why! I’ve been going here since they opened the Brandon location. I’ve tried other places and hands down….. I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I have travelled all around the world, tried many different wax salons in the US, as I've visited quite often, and I was so impressed by the service received by Pampered Peach! Excellent staff and atmosphere. Jahnaylah was exceptional! As a first time pregnant client, I had recently discovered that pain sensitivity heightens and I was terrified! She was so knowledgeable, explained to me what she would do to ensure the least amount of pain and offered a few techniques during the process to keep me comfortable and pain free. She was AMAAAAZING! Professional, edifying and so friendly! She definitely is a rare find!
