5 Stars – Outstanding Care and Service!

I can’t say enough good things about the Regional Veterinary Referral Center! All the staff are incredibly professional, kind, attentive, and considerate. I brought my two furbabies, Starbuck and Solo, in due to severe diarrhea, and the team treated them as if they were their own pets. The level of care and compassion shown was truly heartwarming.

A huge thank you to all the doctors who cared for Starbuck and Solo, especially Doctor M. Kees—she is absolutely amazing! Dr. Kees is not only highly professional but also friendly, empathetic, and genuinely invested in her patients’ well-being. Every veterinary hospital needs someone like her. Thank you, Dr. Kees—you are the best! Starbuck, Solo, and I appreciate everything you did for us!

And to Dr. C. Alvarez- Thank you so much for taking care of StarLo (Starbuck and Solo) when they were sick! We really appreciate you!

One thing I truly appreciated was that they kept me updated on my pets’ status regularly while they were checked in. This thoughtful communication eased my worries and showed how much they care about both the pets and their owners.

I also want to give a special shout-out to the wonderful ladies at the reception desk, Natalie and Thomasin. Their warm and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation much more manageable. They are the first point of contact and set the tone for the hospital, and they did an excellent job. Their customer service skills are exceptional, and they deserve recognition for the hard work they do everyday.

Hey, Natalie!! I just want to say how much I appreciate all of you for being so positive, caring, and incredibly helpful. Your kindness and professionalism made a huge difference during such a stressful time for me and my pets.
Please don’t ever change—your compassion and dedication truly set you apart. Keep being the wonderful team you are!

If I have questions about my pet (since I’m a worrier and always have something to ask), they always answer professionally or call me back if the doctor is not available. Kepp up the good work guys!

I’m beyond satisfied with the care and service we received. I highly recommend this 24/7 Vet Emergency Center to anyone in need.

Nov 11, 2024. To Natalie-Receptionist, Nurse Jessica, and Dr. B. We cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, courtesy, and the caring attitude you displayed in assisting us with our "daughter" Grace that night. The care in stabilizing Grace and assisting with her peaceful transition gives us peace of mind as we work through the bereavement process. We are going to be alright. We have already received her aches in the beautiful cedar box we picked out from the choices presented by Natalie, to include Grace's encased paw print:) This hospital was our only choice after Grace received care a few years ago with the CVCA Cardiac Care Division on the same premises. The staff and the organization actively display a caring/patient first aura. Furthermore, they take care of the "parents" of their patients. Top Notch! Many Thanks!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and care we received for our 9 week puppy Bagel this past week. Our little girl choked on her food and aspirated leading us to race to the Regional Vet Emergency Center. The lady who took my frantic call kept me calm and when I arrived with our pup, one of the techs raced to me and took Bagel right back. The staff was compassionate with their care, they were communicative and clear, they called with updates when they said they would and after a 2 night stay, little Bagel was cleared to go home. I felt like the staff loved her like our own and we couldn’t have been happier with the care she received. Thank you to everyone on staff who saved our baby girl. We are forever grateful to you!

Thankfully I had an extremely brief visit with RVRC today. My dog has had a cough and I wanted a ease of mind until I could call my normal vet tomorrow. My dogs symptoms were a fine line if I should wait the couple hour wait, so the receptionist was nice enough to find a available tech/nurse. The tech/nurse came out and greeted us warmly and professional and listened to my concerns. I showed her a video, even though I had my old man with me. She (sorry for not catching her name!) Eased my mind and reassured me he was ok and we didn't need to wait for him to be seen. I hope to not have to bring him back, but will if need be.

These people are angels. My 7 year old lab was seriously ill and on the verge of death. Not only did they give her excellent care, but they gave her the same love that she would get at home. Ana, the CT technician, came in on her day off to do the scan so that she could have surgery on Monday. God bless the team here. They are not just exceptional veterinary professionals, they are animal lovers. 100% highly recommend them

We took our dog here because we thought our dog had a life-threatening emergency. (thankfully, he didn't.)

At most vet offices I’ve been to, the receptionists are very passive-aggressive, but these receptionists were highly professional, compassionate, and resourceful at this vet.

The veterinarian and the nursing staff were also professional and compassionate.

The prices for care are about average, but I have full faith in the vet staff here and would recommend them to everyone!

I experienced one of the worst moments of my life here having to have my 15 year old cat euthanized. The staff was excellent through this difficult process. Dr. Hosie was so gentle with my cat and was very patient with me. She explained everything she was doing and gave me all the time I needed with my cat. Tamar V. was so kind and compassionate from start to finish. I called a couple of hours prior to our arrival to inquire about the process. She was very knowledgeable. When we arrived she immediately took us into an exam room. She was so respectful and kind. I feel that she was an angel that was sent to me to help me during this difficult time. I’m forever grateful for Tamar and the rest of the staff. Thank you.

I had a Great experience talking to the neurology department when it came to scheduling but the emergency department whoever is answering the phone is completely unprofessional. They have no sympathy and they are so quick to want to rush you out the phone clearly if someone is calling the emergency department is because they’re concerned about their pet and they have questions that need to be answered. When you have someone on the other line who is trying to rush you off the phone and giving you attitude And their tone is not approachable at all it makes you feel completely discouraged. I called the emergency department twice two different people answer And I got the same responses back tone was not approachable , And they were quick to try to get me off the phone.
