David was excellent at helping me get my package shipped. The 2 star review is due to the poor behavior of the woman employee. She is about 25 with curly hair and glasses. Her behavior and unwelcoming attitude left me with such disappointment. Instead of helping when I asked her a question she just stared me down with a straight face. I quickly noticed her agitation and smiled at her in order to alleviate her gross discomfort. Maybe it was the sudden rush of customers or the screaming baby. At any rate, when working customer service one needs to maintain a professional friendly demeanor.

Horrible customer service. Had issue where worker forgot to put shipping label over my old label/address so my returns all came back to my house. Called and spoke with Camilla who said she was manager. She laughed and said she’s never heard of such thing, insinuating I made it up and that their employees don’t make mistakes. She was so rude,condescending vs being apologetic for the inconvenience. When asked if there’s anyone above her I can speak with, she rudely said there’s only owner who never comes in so she’s as high of authority as customer gets it. Never coming back so unprofessional. People like her will ruin your business. No sense of customer service as manager.

Shout out to Ed and David！Very appreciated！Special thanks to Ed！
这是我第一次去这一间UPS，我以前都是去离我家最近的那间，但是因为我很久没去过了，所以不知道他们对亚马逊退货的态度变了，最近评论里全是差评，所以我不敢冒险，我来了这一间（还挺远的）。因为以前去的那间是7:30关门的，所以当我在谷歌地图找到这间，也就以为这间也是七点半关门，其实是7点关门，当我去到那里的时候已经晚了大概两三分钟，Ed当时在帮一位客人复印东西，态度很好地告诉我，他们已经关门了，我还很讶异地问他不是七点半吗，接着拜托他可不可以帮我这一次，帮我扫两个退货码，因为是最后一天了。因为其他工作人员也都在忙着，所以Ed还是态度很好地跟我说让我等一下，然后当其他两位工作人员帮完其他人了，好像他们隔空交流了一下吧，我都还没反应过来，Ed就让我过去柜台那边，有人会帮我，然后David就帮我了！David也是态度很好地帮我扫了那两个退货码，还告诉我更应该谢谢Ed，哈哈。人都很好，态度也都很好，真的真的非常感谢Ed和David，没有后悔且幸好选择了来这间UPS！

The people at this store hustle. There are a variety of services offered, and I know there are times when it gets pretty busy there, but the staff is very hard working and do all they can to serve everyone. David went above and beyond to help me with color copies. I would recommend!

Came for notary services. I had called at store opening to make sure there was a notary. We arrived at the time started and were Helped right away. David, store manager handled everything professionally and succinctly despite a lot of signatures. The employees working the other part of the store while he was busy were also professional and courteous. Have been using this store for returns, easy process. Always get a receipt. Will be back. Thanks David & employees of UPS Alhambra. (Spring 2024)

Don't go to this UPS to print anything, literally charges you an extra 2 bucks to use their computer for 30 secs to print a document for 15 cents. Go elsewhere like office depot or staples instead!
