Every experience we have had with Dr. Vera and her office staff is top notch. The office is always clean and inviting. Our visits primarily have been for botox/filler and Dr. Vera always delivers. She always knows the assignment . She is super knowledgeable, professional and most importantly Dr Vera is warm/compassionate. We don't ever feel like just another client at Vera medical institute. That's what makes them so special.

For a first timer, I was a little nervous. Then I walked into the office and felt not only calmness but, a bit like a princess. The environment was absolutely amazing. Then I met Alejandra, who welcomed me with so much kindness. She really made me feel so comfortable and confident.. Dr. Vera was incredible. She is so professional and so gentle, I knew right away I was in perfect care. She has a wonderful way about her that made me feel beautiful. She changed my life. I am forever grateful. I’ve had nothing but exceptional experiences at the Vera institute. I have been seeing Dr Vera for years to help decrease facial lines and wrinkles. Dr Vera has incredible bedside manner and cares about her patients. She has a high degree of training and it’s reassuring to know I get to be treated by Dr Vera at each visit - rather than a mid level provider. She always gives quick and painless injections. The team is so friendly and accommodating with getting me in for appointments. They are consistent in following up and run a smooth operation. The office is very calming, clean and modern. I highly recommend this clinic!
