They need to get a new manager for this store. The blonde headed manager is rude. I went a told them twice I needed the tank filled . They said they called someone . So I went to where you. I want 30 minutes to fill propane tanks and then after I waited that long they decide they are no longer filling them. So why not just say that to being with.also the guy with the curly hair could use some manner he had attitude form the start. The manager reason because it was only 2 of them why not schedule more people. You know cold weather is coming and people use propane for heat.

What a hassle to return a simple bag of bird feed. I received a bag as a gift and simply wanted to exchange it for a different type. No money back needed, would pay the difference. But was told unless the person who bought it was a rewards member I couldn't do it or I could bring it up with the manager. As it turns out I gave them the phone # of the gift giver and the cashier still wanted to know "what color is the bag" - "when did you get it" - The proof was right there on the scree that it was purchased. I didn't want to haul in a 40Lb bag from the car if they would not let me. But said I would go get it - but still she said "I will have to get approval to exchange it". All for one bag of bird food. This is why True Value at the corner of Range and 190 gets my business. They actually help.

If the old lady "breaking in" her new dentures did half as much talking and twice as much listening, y'all might keep customers.

She upset one guy in line running her mouth over and over about signing up for loyalty.

Then she over talks me non-stop while I'm trying to inform her that your inventory says you have 2 Prozap Insect guards in stock sku: 2212140, but none in stock.
I asked her if y'all could zero them out so your office orders you more and she kept telling me that your Inventory showing product that isn't in store didn't affect your stores orders.

Anywho, Amazon ships the same product overnight for $4 cheaper.

So... figure it out so I can stop in and buy you out when I need them, or I'll save $20 at a time buying from Amazon.

Damn, you try to support the local options but sometimes they make it hard.

Store is clean and employees are nice. Except the general manager.

I came in today and the power had just shorted so the registers were shut down and the store manager was yelling at a sweet young lady when she was clearly just trying to calmly handle the situation. I think her name was Mitch? Handled the situation like a boss.

Send that manager back where he came from
