No recomiendo este lugar lleve ami perro por que no estaba bien, y me dijeron que no tenía nada y le dejaron unos medicamentos, 💊para ver si mejoraba esos medicamentos son bien fuertes que lo pusieron bien mal no podía caminar mi perro no podía moverse, lo que tenía mi perro era que boto una pieza 🦷 no le di más ese medicamento, fui ala clínica para que me devolvieran el dinero de la medicina pero ellos pusieron miles de excusas para no devolver el dinero y quedarse con ello los medicamentos los cobran bien caros y la docis es mucha la que ponen para darle sin perro pequeño está clinica no es recomendable 👎

They have taken great care of our cat. She recently had her teeth cleaned and they did a great job of preparing us, calling, and then giving directions for follow up care. I was nervous about the anesthesia but they did a great job and took very good care of our cat. Highly recommend the team; we have had great experiences.

We had an emergency with our dog and were not able to get a same day appointment with our normal vet. Desperately, we called VCA and they got us in for emergency care within a half hour. Their team was professional and the veterinarian stayed late past her normal shift to take care of our dog. I was blown away by the level of care that our dog received as a non-established patient. Two days later our dog was back to normal thanks to the outstanding team at VCA. We are going to switch to VCA for all of our veterinary care needs.

We have been going to VCA Alexandria for a few months now and it has been such a great experience. Dr. Baxter and the entire staff are always helpful, patient, and kind when explaining procedures and treatment plans.

VCA Alexandria has been our veterinarian since moving to Alexandria in 2021. They are very thorough and compassionate. We've had everything from vaccines to surgery on our dog Mclovin at VCA . Every experience has been positive. We recommended VCA Alexandria to my sister in law when she moved here and she's happy too. ( And she's really hard to please 🥺)

however, i didn’t appreciate the fact that my cats left their appointment with flea droppings all over them. no one had cleaned/sanitized the table between appointments, obviously. i made it a point to say they have feline herpes. i can only hope they sanitized it after my appointment; it lives on surfaces for 30 minutes, and there were cats/owners in the waiting room.

also, unknowingly, they charged me $30 for an ear cleaning with solution that i could have gotten from the store (the assistant recommended it to me) and done on my own.

We’ve come here for the past 4 months and they have treated both my babies Kingston Alexander Honeysuckle-rose and Olivia Snowbelle-haven with the upmost care and attention. Given that since COVID many pet owners have experienced a surge of attention needed for their fur babies, I’m glad to see that VCA has also come through as well. Our vets Dr. Terrio, Dr. Suarez, and Dr. Baxter and all the supporting staff from front desk to vet attendees, have all been compassionate and understanding and informative every time we visit. Happy to have our pups taken care of by kind and attentive people.
