LOVE this place! The staff is all wonderful, every vet truly cares about the animals, it is not hard to get an appointment that works for you, and their online website/app does a fantastic job of tracking all your pet's medical history. I moved away and seriously considered driving all the way back just to take my dog here - that is how great they are! Special shout out to Dr. Sheldon - the sweetest person ever and she walked me through some potentially scary health issues with my dog in a way that was so calming and caring. I felt both my dog and I were cared for here.

very flexible with appointments. Everyone is very helpful and friendly (Sam and person at front desk). I’ve only seen Dr. Sheldon, but she is wonderful with animals. I love her style. She gave me good advice And for that I’ll be back. It’s not the cheapest, hence the 4 stars but so nice they didn't try to upsell me. I would have given 4.5 but not an option.

Our 16 year old Persian long haired cat never needed a bath until recently so we took him to a full service groomer who attempted to bathe him but had to give up because he was too aggressive. Then we took him to Centreville Animal hospital where they gave him a veterinary exam, blood tests and then sedated him to give a complete bath, sanitary trim and claw trim. The old cat looked beautiful, smelled fresh and he was in a better disposition than he has had for years. Today we took him back for another sanitary trim and brush out. The staff is wonderful, they treated him very quickly and he is a very clean and happy cat again.

We’ve been coming here for over a year now since we adopted our pup, Benji. We have done checkups, testing, prescriptions, a dental procedure, you name it. We have a great experience each time. You can tell all the staff love animals and are quick to help answer any questions or concerns we have, plus offer their advice. Shoutout to Emily who is always so caring, kind and helpful!

My dogs only boarded there for five nights and one came back with his spine sticking out as if they hadn't been properly fed or watered even though we provided their home food premeasured with explicit instructions. Since being home for two weeks, my pup looks healthy and no bones are sticking out. I cannot prove they did anything wrong, but we won't be back. We love our normal vet, but they stopped boarding during covid.

We’ve been at VCA Centreville for 4 years now with our 3 dogs and can say that every vet and tech there is just wonderful. Our dogs received care from Drs Taylor, Hart, Nichol, and Pollock. Our Cavaliers literally pull us into the office! The follow up they provide, compassion, and honest care is what I’d hope all of us (humans) could benefit from. Thank you for often going above and beyond.
