Soy cliente de este hospital y me arrepiento de haber puesto en control aquí a mis gatos,uno de mis gatos lo he tenido en control desde que era un bebé,y el mes pasado lo lleve a control y no pudieron detectar problemas en los riñones y el tracto urinario,les llamé porque se me puso mal y no me atendieron porque no había cupo,lo lleve a otra clínica,y ahí descubrieron su problema de salud, ahorita me lo están tratando, primero Dios mi gato se salve y se recupere.HE QUEDADO DECEPCIONADA CON ESTA CLÍNICA VCA HERNDÓN

Our first time here with our 2 Frenchies and the staff was great! We loved Dr. Thigpen, she was attentive and interactive with examining our boys. Dr. Thigpen was a true delight! Martina the veterinary tech was also great! She was very knowledgeable and our boys loved her. We are happy to to have this VCA as our new healthcare provider for our precious dogs.

I have been going to VCA Herndon-Reston for years for my cat's care and recently for my puppy. I have referred VCA Herndon-Reston to my neighbor, and she is now a loyal customer! They are truly amazing. I want to give shout-outs to team members who always make me smile:

- Assistant Hospital Manager Sarah M. is a true gem. Sarah M.'s wealth of knowledge is unparalleled. Even when I bombard her with [annoying] questions, she is always patient and happy to provide detailed answers. Her ability to explain complex concepts makes me feel confident about my pet's health. I've observed that she treats every customer equally, with respect and care. Taking time with clients while keeping up the office's flow takes time and effort. But she can do that because of her ability to answer questions quickly and accurately. If she doesn't know/can't find the answer, she doesn't lollygag. She gives you the resources to help you. I'm surprised VCA doesn't have Sarah M. running one of their full hospitals. She's that brilliant!! But, selfishly, I am happy she is at this location!

- Dr. Thigpen is so kind and wonderful. She takes her time to listen to my concerns and is very patient. My animals love her gentle approach, and I see her passion. She is extremely knowledgeable and ensures you understand everything before making a health decision.

- Martina is amazing. She has such a positive attitude and knows so much about my pets' processes and health journeys. She is easy to talk to and makes me feel very comfortable.

- Gaby L.'s unwavering dedication and professionalism are genuinely reassuring. I trust that any message or question I have, Gaby L. will handle it with the utmost care and attention.

- Micheal (I hope that is his name) is a floater and a tall white man in his late 20s/early 30s. He is like an animal whisper. He is the go-to if my puppy or cat needs a vaccine and they are scared. Once he holds them they settle down. Amazing! He is also a great listener. He ensures you are updated on what is happening.

Honestly, I can write something positive about *everyone* who works here. And that says a lot, because I always have something to complain about. I also love that they don't ask people to write reviews! That alone is great. So thank you, VCA Herdon-Reston!

I’ve had to lower my expectations of vet clinics in the past, so coming to VCA Herndon/Reston has been an amazing surprise! They focus on both the pets and the humans, making sure to communicate clearly and address any roadblocks to caring for our dog, Sam.

The front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming, even when it’s busy. We started seeing Dr. Davidson and Amanda, who took the time to review Sam’s history in detail and followed up after appointments. Recently, we saw Dr. Rutar and Nichole, who were equally fantastic. They didn’t rush us, answered all our questions, and even provided a detailed summary of notes and actions before we left (a lifesaver for someone like me who takes messy notes!). Nicole even showed me how to cradle Sam properly to put her in the car and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving.

I’m so grateful for the team at VCA Herndon/Reston and couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Office visit went up by $50!!!!!!!!!!! For the exact same service. No consideration for loyalty. Absolutely absurd. Check your bills and find another vet. Given an estimate of more than five thousand dollars for a thousand dollar procedure. The internet says they're about 50% more than the industry. But they're really about eighty percent more than the rest of the industry. The owner of this company is simply trying to get rich and doesn't care about you or your pets.

This was our first visit as a new guest from out of state and it exceeded our expectations. We were late and they were very nice about it and blamed themselves for our going to the wrong address. They presented options for various budgets and alternative service providers for other things like dental to best benefit my dog even though they could do dental themselves. They clearly put the animal ahead of all while running a business and helping all walks of life. Everyone from front reception to vet technician to vet was outstanding.
I look forward to our furry future here!!

I finally been able to write this review after a few months of grieving but I wish to thank the team for everything you guys have done to help me and Daisy. I have been bringing my girl Daisy who was about 12 years old to Dr.Davidson for a few years and they have been great with her with finding treatment with her coughing, legs issues, eye dryness and her weight. But unfortunately Daisy passed unexpectedly due to a house fire, we not only most of our home but a great family pet who was very loved and cherished. They have helped me with taking her in and even helped us by offering pay for her cremation. Its the little things that count.. I really did appreciate everyone and thank you for everything you guys did for Daisy.
